For up to14 working days starting from the day after receiving your order you can exercise your right to cancel any items in your order if for any reason a WRc product fails to meet your requirements. Instruction to cancel must be made in writing to the following email address: email@example.com.
This guarantee is only applicable to WRc products and does not apply to sealed video and computer software products which have been unsealed by the customer. This guarantee represents our confidence in our products and means you can evaluate our products without risk.
Following the Returns Procedure does not represent an obligation for effectively exercising the right to cancel.
If you would like to return an item you can either:
Contact us by filling in the Enquiries form on our Contact Us page, stating that you wish to return an item. Please quote the order number from your confirmation email which was sent to you when you first completed your order; or
Send us a reply to the confirmation email which was sent to you when you first completed your order stating that you wish to return an item. Please include the text of the original email in your reply. Where possible, we will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 1 working day. Please Note: Customers have a duty of care for the product during the cancellation period. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us by traceable means to the address on the Contact Us page.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, unless the wrong item was delivered to you in error or the item is faulty. Refunds will be credited to the card that was used in the original transaction. We are not able to post a credit to any alternative cards or accounts.
